The "HEF-AC" is a sterilization device that utilizes sterilization technology based on high electric field effects and heat generation from Joule heating. By applying our Joule heating technology, food is continuously passed through an alternating high electric field device while a high voltage is applied, causing damage to microorganisms. Due to the electric field effect, a high sterilization effect can be achieved with only 1/30 of the thermal history compared to conventional thermal sterilization.
